KIYANO is brand new — and proudly so. Launched in 2026, we were built from the ground up by a small team of food lovers in Kerala who had one simple frustration: great ice cream was hard to find.
So we made our own. Starting with a handful of recipes, a clean production kitchen, and an obsession with natural ingredients, KIYANO set out to prove that honest ice cream — no artificial colours, no preservatives, no shortcuts — could taste even better than the rest.
We're just getting started, and we know it. But every batch we make carries the same energy as day one: pure excitement, real ingredients, and the belief that your next favourite scoop is right here.
Every KIYANO ice cream goes through a meticulous 6-step process to ensure consistency, safety, and the best possible taste.
We source only the finest natural ingredients — fresh milk from local dairy farms, real fruits, and natural flavor extracts.
Our master chefs carefully blend the mix, which is then pasteurized at precise temperatures to ensure food safety.
The mix is homogenized for smooth texture and then aged in refrigerated tanks to develop flavor complexity.
The mixture is whipped with air and frozen continuously, then hardened in blast freezers for that perfect creamy texture.
Automated packaging lines fill and seal each product with food-grade materials, clearly labeled with all nutritional information.
Every batch passes rigorous quality testing before being loaded onto our refrigerated fleet for timely delivery.
